Is it safe to shop from your site?

The health and safety of colleagues and the wider community has always been our first priority. We have enhanced safety measures in place to safeguard teams, going above and beyond government guide-lines to maximize protection.

What are you doing to ensure colleagues' safety?

We have introduced a number of additional health-and-safety
measures that go above and beyond the government guidelines.
These include:

Temperature control checks on entry, using advanced thermal screening technology

Staggered breaks, staggered entry and exit to site and a one-way system implemented to site

Increased cleaning and disinfecting of equipment

PPE, including masks, gloves and sanitizer.

Can I amend or cancel an item from my order?

Depending on the status of your order, it may be possible to cancel an item or change it to a different size. Please note, we’re unable to com-bine or add an item to an existing order.
If you need to make any amendments to your purchase, please call our Customer Care team as soon as possible and we’ll see what we can do.

What personal data do we collect and what is our legal basis for processing it?

We collect data from you when you visit our website. The data we collect includes your name, email address, telephone number and ship-ping/billing address, your day and month of birth and information regarding your browsing and shopping behaviour. Data is collected when you place an order, call our Customer Care team, register with us, opt in to our marketing communications, browse our site and use other services offered by our site. The data we collect is used to take your order, process payment and deliver your purchase to you. We also use it to deliver marketing communications, give access to services for registered users, personalise your visit to our site and provide assistance via our Customer Care team.
